Mister Mcallister agreed to take on my sensitive case about two years ago. The case involves a breach of contract between myself and another person. I. Took care of the person for almost a year.Paying for every single thing for her living expenses after she was in automobile accident. After almost a year the woman decided to not pay me what we've agreed on after I'd spend every single dime i had. As a result I ended up being abducted beaten and forced to obtain credit for this person. I suffer PTSD depression and many other problems. As a result of this breach Mr. McAllister started the case and after almost 2 years just decided to withdraw from the case with no plan for me. He was very aware how devastating this was to me.Not only financially but mentally and I was not prepared for what he did and or didn't do. You stopped answering my emails. My phone calls my text messages. And when I finally got through to him, he just said he was too busy and he didn't think he could recover my losses. But money is not everything peace of mind. And closure would have been really nice as a result of all of this. I still suffer mental depression anxiety. PTSD quite frankly, I don't even know where to go from this point for help. It's a very sensitive difficult case, but I had 82 pieces of evidence that should've made it very simple.. To say that I was disappointed in mister mcallister's representation would be an understatement.
