I had an accident on 8/28/2024, and the team at Lerner & Rowe made the entire process so much easier to deal with. My case manager Jazmin Ortega, attorney Nicholas Rodriguez, lien negotiator Diann Amaro, and assistant Lety Morales were all amazing from start to finish. They kept me informed every step of the way, clearly explained how everything worked, and guided me through the whole case. They also made sure I was properly referred for physical therapy and all my medical needs, which really helped me recover. Leaving this review for Learner and Rowe Injury Attorneys. Its been a long road to getting to this point after my major accident I was involved in. A lot of pain and waiting going to all the Dr's getting MRIs and rehab needed to get my life back in order. Its been about 14 months I've been corresponding with my amazing case manager Jazmin Ortega located in Yuma, Im in Glendale. She's been there for me and making sure I know all that was going on though this process. I never had to go though this ever so I had no idea what to expect. I was told every step of the way. The other awesome part of my team Nicholas Rodriguez is my lein negotiator. He got the Dr bills reduced a ton. The Neurologist was over 30k and he got that down to just under half!! And not to mention the other Dr's I had to deal with big reductions. Im glad I did choose Learner and Rowe for my representation! I also got the full allotment the other guy had for Injury pay out and it was pretty high amount! Again thanks to my lein negotiator Nicholas getting me a pretty penny after all my medical expenses! Just like the commercials say, "One call, that's all" their not kidding I highly recommend you do the same and call Learner and Rowe and hope you can deal with Jazmin and Nicholas too. Not saying they dont have all great employees. I just had a great experience with my team assigned to me. Now Im laying on the couch relaxing till I get my surgery from the accident with my Gina. This was probably one of the worst things that could happen to somebody, but Jasmine Ortega was always there to assure me that they will make sure that I am taken care of. Thank you for Diann Amaro for getting the best reductions possible for me. I didn't think this would be possible being that we didn't have the best Insurance.
