I recently signed up with Zanes Law to handle my accident claim after being rear-ended and experiencing neck, shoulder, and arm pain. One of the main reasons I chose Zanes Law was because they have a local office--I wanted the option to speak with someone face-to-face if needed. That kind of personal accessibility was important to me. So far, I've been genuinely impressed. They were able to see me the same day I contacted them, and the intake specialist was incredible. She spent nearly 90 minutes patiently answering all of my questions and addressing my concerns, even though it was late on a Friday afternoon. What truly stood out was that she never pressured me to "sign up now" or make a quick decision. That level of respect and transparency was incredibly refreshing. I also prefer to communicate via email rather than over the phone, and both my case manager, Brenda, and my attorney, Cameron, have been very accommodating of that preference. They've answered all my questions and concerns with patience and professionalism--especially as my treatment has taken longer than expected due to delays with my insurance approving an MRI. I wanted to share my experience so far. If anything changes or evolves, I'll be sure to update this review. But for now, I'm very pleased with their professionalism, accessibility, and client-centered approach.

I cannot thank Doug Zanes, Casey Frank, and the rest of the team at Zanes Law firm enough! I was injured permanently in a horrible accident that changed my life forever. Doug and Casey were professional, experienced, honest, and very thorough. But, what impressed me most about them was that their concern over my well-being was genuine. Zane's Law demonstrates their professionalism not only when they speak, but when they do. This is the first time I have a car accident with an attorney involved. I initially was working with another attorney when I had the accident and I had the worst experience ever. I want to be considerate of not disclosing their name because I am good person. After I became very upset and frustrated with the other attorney's office, I decided to look on google for a different attorney. This is when I found Zane's. From the first conversation and from a customer service perspective (that is what I do for a living: call center customer service rep) they were so courteous and professional, very understanding and open to hear my case. At first I was very traumatized from my initial experience at the other place and I was already on a defensive mode. This is why I waited till the end of the case to submit my review. But I honestly have to say that I am very pleased and thankful to God for the decision I made of switching over. They handled the case smoothly, they kept me informed through the process, and the compensation was undeniably more that what the other attorney was trying to get for me. It was just day and night comparison from one attorney to the other. Corey Lovato was great at handling everything, all the staff were always friendly and timely when I had questions.
