I definitely do not recommend this attorney office . This is the attorney that gives all attorneys a bad rap. My story is long but this attorney made it worse. I got approved for disability finally and no back pay . This attorney said i was foolish to want to appeal for my back pay , so in terms they dont care about you or even want to fight for whats right. He got paid but didnt feel 14 months of back wasnt important and that a new set of eyes of a appeal could make me loose my benefits totally . So another words ive been paid and i dont want the hassle . I have cancer and other medical issues he said that are not totally disabling. But i was approved weeks after seeing disability doctor for evaluation. His claim was i was approved beacsue of my age .to top it off, i had to call him that i was approved the office never even notified me i had been approved but he has received full payment already. Absolutely no help , no calls and i had to fight my case harder . Stay away from this crooked office and find someone who actually cares and will fight for you and what is right . He made it clear he didnt care and i was foolish for wanting my back pay .

I was very pleased with the services of Roeschke Law. They submitted and arranged for approval of my SSDI claim. The approval from social security came very quickly. Roeschke attended to all the requests by social security, I had to do very little. I would highly recommend this Law firm.
