If you need an attorney
DO NOT call Morgan and Morgan in Tucson! I called and the first person, Jordi was pleasant. Sent me over to a case manager, gave her my name and was hung up on! What an unprofessional move! Y'all have a BIG problem, you're losing clients galore because of at least one person named Michelle! So, I informed family and friends, if you're in need of an attorney, STEER CLEAR of Morgan and Morgan I say, if Morgan's
customer service is lacking, imagine what's gonna happen to your case?!!

So I called the Morgan Morgan phone number. First person asked me what my issue was, so she can determine who I need to talk to. After a brief moment, she says OK and she transferred me to another person which I assumed was an attorney or something After about five minutes, I realizing this person had no answer answers, I Started to think they were not an attorney and we're wasting my time screening me.
When it was all said and done, He had no answers and gave me a website to contact an Attorney at Morgan and Morgan.
I'm not sure what I just Experienced, but after 15 minutes, I was left with nothing and moved on I decided to go with the local attorney who actually specializes in Workmen's Comp. and picks up the phone.
All those commercial. Such a waste.

Horrible service so far. My case manager and lawyer both left my case. New case manager and lawyer are yet to reach out. Have not had a car for a month and cannot move forward till they reply to my insurance.
