If you ever find yourself in need of an attorney after being injured in an accident, Mr. Marchetti is not only the attorney you want, he is the attorney you need. Often times, attorneys get a bad rap, and often times it's deserved. I had heard endless stories of attorneys rushing their clients to settle quickly, so they can get paid and get it over with.. He was accessible and responsive. Often times, I would send an email expecting to wait for a reply, and before I could even Log out of my email, he would respond. He was exceptional the whole way through. He explained everything In a way, that one who is not attorney could easily understand. Before he would allow you to hang up the phone, he would want to make sure you fully understood everything he said. It was an amazing experience. Prior to deposition time, he explained the tactics that the insurance company attorneys would often use. Some of the best advice he gave was "sometimes you don't remember a fine detail, and it's OK to say you don't remember." Insurance company attorneys are known for trying to bully people and confuse them into making statements that may not be accurate. sure, enough, in the deposition, I was asked multiple questions that had I not receive this advice. I probably would have tried to answer.
