Amy Hernandez is a friend but also my lawyer. She has helped me in several situations and most recently a nasty car accident where the other driver who was at fault lied and schemed to get out of paying for the accident. Amy and her staff are calm and supportive while helping me navigate the stressful process of a car accident case. They stay on top of our document gathering and on communication with me so I know what is going on at each stage. Amy is a fantastic lawyer - tough but reasonable and she gets things done for her clients. Amy is the lawyer you want in your corner when dealing with any type of personal injury situation. 10/10

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this attorney. When I called, I was treated with rudeness and impatience from the very beginning. Instead of listening to the details of my case or allowing me to explain the evidence I had, the attorney constantly interrupted me and dismissed what I was saying. It became clear very quickly that she had already prejudged the case before hearing the full story, which is shocking for someone in her position. It felt like she wasn't interested in understanding the facts at all, just in rushing me off the phone. Professionalism and basic courtesy are the bare minimum you should expect when you're seeking legal help, and unfortunately, I didn't find either here. I would not recommend this attorney to anyone looking for someone who will actually take the time to listen and consider your evidence. Save yourself the frustration and find an attorney who respects people enough to listen before passing judgment. People in general deserve respect, not dismissiveness when seeking professional help while dealing with situations that require legal assistance. Responding to this review with the canned, condescending phrase about "hoping we find the representation we're looking for" is unnecessary.
