I was injured by a Dr. from a carpal tunnel procedure. There were concerns regarding median nerve damage. Another Dr. was called upon to explore and repair the previous botched surgery, but no guarantee as to whether the nerve would fully recover. Dude's a duck with an i. Plain and simple. The worst phone etiquette. I'm currently in the stage of figuring out "damages" (pain and suffering don't count) he wouldn't "waste his time". I'm not a lawyer so I don't know what "damages" I'm able to claim or what's viable. He's the lawyer and supposed to figure that out. That's literally his job. If you're not a straight forward case with someone that's already aware of their "damages" we won't waste his time helping you build a case.
