Let me first start off by saying if I could give this Law Firm a million stars, I would. Working with Mr. Russell and Mrs. Tracy over the past year, due to unfortunate circumstances, was the greatest experience I have ever had. During this hard time, they made sure to keep me as informed as possible and I never had to call or email to request an update. They fought to help me as if I was one of their own family members. Do not look anywhere else in Sierra Vista, Arizona. This is the only place to go if you want things done right!!! I cannot express how thankful I am to Mr. Russell. At 18 I was involved in a family dispute and was charged way above the crime. Chris heard me out, had hope that as a fresh 18 year old, with no prior criminal charges/activities (not even a speeding ticket) and living in an abusive household that I would turn out just fine IF the courts could see that they were essentially reaching for a charge. He did just that, he got my case dropped, and helped point me in the direction I needed in order to succeed. I'm now 26, about to graduate with my third science degree, nursing. Live across the country and am successful. Russell's law firm is probably the best law firm in Sierra Vista. If not state of Arizona. They're amazing! They're professional. They are empathetic they are Just who They are!! amazing lawyers and staff if you have any issues this is the place to go because they will take care of you. probably the only place I will ever hear the words I got you and believe them! Being in a car accident is pretty stressful overall, I can't imagine even dealing with all the details or communicating with insurance adjusters.
