Derek Dubus took my VA disability case as I've been fighting the VA for an increase in my VA disability or just to acknowledge what I had gone through was service related. And after years of the VA writing me off Derek was able to increase my disability by 60%. It was a much easier process with them involved and they helped me through my appointments and didn't have to do much to see a positive outcome. Highly recommend them for representation.

Stone Rose Law has been amazing to deal with during my VA benefits claim process. They truly care about their clients even going so far as to doing some things pro-bono. Their team and the attorney i was assigned, Paula Jahn, possess unmatched knowledge dealing with the VA benefits claim process and have relieved so much stress and anxiety for myself. They are kind and very communicative, never making you feel demeaned or uneducated for asking a plethora of legal questions as I certainly had many questions. I recommend them whole heartedly and hope other Veterans use them as well.

I first heard about Stone Rose Law through veteran circles, recommended as a firm you can trust for professionalism, reliability, and a straightforward approach. Unfortunately, my most recent experience does not match that reputation. I hired Stone Rose for a car accident claim. A couple months ago, I accepted and signed the updated settlement offer, expecting the process to wrap up quickly. I was told all that was needed was a letter from my insurance (Tricare). That should have been a simple step, but Stone Rose never followed through on their part. I only discovered this after I contacted Tricare myself, who confirmed no request was ever made. My case could have been resolved months ago if Stone Rose had acted. Throughout this process, communication was poor. Every time I called, I had to reexplain the same issue from the beginning, as if it was my first time calling. I was told multiple times I'd get a call back with an update, but those calls never came. When I finally reached a managing attorney, he treated the conversation like a status check and seemed completely unaware of the ongoing problems. The lack of follow-through left me feeling brushed off and unvalued. I had previously used Stone Rose for my daughter's case and the experience was excellent, thanks in large part to their paralegal Kaylee, who always made me feel like things were handled properly. She is no longer with the firm and perhaps things changed after she left. Based on this experience, I can no longer recommend Stone Rose Law.
