I was the opposing attorney on a case with Mr. Lemberg. We initially started out being fairly adversarial, but then we both realized that it was not in the clients' best interests to incur so much in legal fees. We were able to cooperate in coming up with a solution that addressed each of our clients' desires. While he does a lot of litigation, he is also very level headed and sees the big picture. He does not make any assumptions and the other attorney (me in this case I was mentioning) needs to prove the case to him with facts or documents. He is also very loyal to his clients.
