The whole experience was overwhelming, with countless trips to her care providers and various appointments. He was thoughtful, caring, and genuinely prioritized my family's needs from the beginning. The case later became a wrongful death case. He worked hard to hold those accountable for what happened. He and his team were relentless in seeking the truth, and that's what I appreciate most.
