Sheila Polk needs to be removed from her position. It is highly unethical she uses their own views to interpret the law. it is a gross violation of justice that she is using her personal views on matters to lock up sick individuals. I would like to have an Ethics Committee review all of her dealings as a public prosecutor. I would much rather see her going after people who are hurting women and children instead of letting them off then locking up cancer patients.

Shiela Polk is a rogue crazy who, rather than upholding the law and the will of the voters, takes it upon herself to come up with her own interpretations as she sees fit. She also illegally funneled RICO funds to her own pet political cause.

You guys are terrible people. You make cannabis concentrates illegal without thinking who it may affect, like the children who suffer from epilepsy and are able to get off drugs prescribed by Doctors by simply having some CBD. Or what about the Veterans that sacrifice it all and all they want in return is to have the medication that is needed for them to alleviate their symptoms. And what about cancer patients who have been told there is no hope for them and within a couple months are cured of the cancer. You guys have your priorities highly wrong.

My experience with this person was a mishap as I should have taken it over the edge and sued Yap County, and will go to the Justice Department, as crooked the system is in Yap County. Federal Law prohibits these abusive actions by law enforcement and their respective members! If State and Federal Law states they can legally possess CBD oil, or Medical Marijuana, and you have a card, then the County is corrupt in enforcing it in Yavapai County. Cbd, and MM is what works for Epilepsy, and I cannot take anything else! I am Developmentally Disabled with seizures and was beaten by her ax wielding cronies, when my husband had two warrants for DV. Oh, the drug thing is only a sinister attempt to take money from Tom Horne, in an elections scheme. If you believe this is true, Constutional rights violated, the FBI handles complaints!

County Attorney Polk is a classic example of public extortion in the name of public safety.
