I am extreamly satisfied with the service I received from O'Steen & Harrison. Mr. O'Steen is an honest man and a real pleasure to work with. I advise clients to be patient as some of the cases take a lot of time. I suspect the opposing insurance company drags their feet as long as possible hoping the other side will give up, or settle for less. I lost almost $20K in an accident that wasn't my fault. The person at fault's insurance wanted to give me $3,600.00 for my totaled truck. It took about two years, but in the end Mr. O'Steen sent me a check for approx. $32,000.00.
