I just called and the woman I spoke to would not allow me to explain my situation. She kept telling me my problem involved Civil Rights, and the firm does not practice Civil Rights. When I tried to explain my situation may not involve Civil Rights she would not let me talk and when I asked "mam let me know when I can talk" she hung up on me! Not professional.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I had a consultation with Sharon Flack over the phone pertaining to legal help with a trust that I am a beneficiary of. Within less than 5 minutes of speaking with her, she began to insult me and talk to me as if I were a child (very sarcastic and demeaning). This is the first time I have ever spoke with her or anyone at this law firm. I'd hardly gotten done explaining what the issue was and had done absolutely nothing to provoke her. Her assistant Kim was very nice and easy to work with, but as for Sharon, I've truly never had this kind of experience with any so called "professional" before. Completely caught me off guard and I'm still dumbfounded trying to figure out what I could have possibly done for her to act this way. I hardly ever leave negative reviews, although I feel that it is important for others trying to find an attorney to know this.

I've used them twice to settle claims for car accidents. The first one I had was a very big deal that involved a lot of money. I had actually retained someone else who had done nothing for over a year. I fired them, did my homework to find the best, and hired MDK (before they added Flack). They took care of dismissing my other law firm for me. They actually got the insurance company to settle for an amount that exceeded what I thought was technically possible. They negotiated down the amounts of medical costs including AHCCCS which was surprising and impressive. They even handled a separate and unrelated issue for me without extra charge as a courtesy. Their experience and expertise saved me money in ways I never could, and resulted in me gaining more money that I could have with anyone else or on my own. The second time I hired them, the issue was a small and I had no medical costs. They even advised me that I could do it on my own and how to do it, but I simply didn't have the time to deal with adjusters and they were happy to help me.

My fiance and I were getting married expeditiously and we needed a prenuptial agreement and a will done. I can't say enough good things about my experience Cimeron and Sharon Flack were amazing to work with. They worked tirelessly over a weekend and everything was reviewed, signed, and notarized within three days. I will definitely be working with them for all of my future legal needs.
