I have had nothing but bad luck in the past with attorneys and their paralegals, but not this time. Matthew was the absolute best. I had some company that said they could get me all kinds of crazy money but they were a con. Matthew never made any promises that he couldn't keep and was very honest and explained everything to me. I am elderly and I am ill and I forget a lot of things and I get confused but Matthew took the extra time to make sure I totally understood the process that was going to happen. My wife and I retained Goldberg & Osborne just under 2 years ago after an extremely hard fall my wife experienced on an uneven sidewalk in a retail commercial property, receiving lasting pain and injuries which still have not completely healed. They were dogged in their pursuit for my wife receiving fair compensation from the very real and painful trip and fall she'd experienced, receiving stitches over, and through her right eyebrow, severe contusions in her right arm and legs, knees, right wrist and right hand. The company responsible for the sidewalk would not respond and further, supposedly lost our accident report they'd asked for. Knowing these things take time, the staff and attorneys, including Marc Kamin, Christina Eade and Judi Ellington, kept on the case, giving attention to every, seemingly insignificant, detail. The case was finally settled this October. Not only did their office surpass our expectations, they are still fighting for even more compensation! In a day when attorneys can sometimes have questionable reputations and ethics, Goldberg and Osborne were the polar opposite in every aspect! Not only were they efficient, but they were cordial, friendly and would often check up on my wife throughout the process. Should we ever need an attorney again and I hope not, it will definitely be this firm! They come highly recommended by my wife and I!
