I didn't know what to expect going into this after I was hit by a distracted driver. Throughout the whole process, Justin was transparent, knowledgeable, and communicative. Even the front desk that answered calls provided great customer service. The firm did thorough research and networked with other experts in the auto industry to appraise and benchmark for our claim.
