The Entrekin Law Firm

Lance and his team have been life savers for my family and I. I can not put into words how amazing they have all been, throughout one of the toughest most heart wrenching battles I've ever faced. Lance is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and hard working. He communicates everything and takes the time to explain it all. His support staff is the same way. I have told him personally, but I feel that everyone should know. I look at Lance and his team as Guardian Angels, to this day I don't know what made me call his law firm, but I do know that it was the best decision I ever made when it comes to this situation. Thank you Lance for being ever diligent, kind, and understanding through everything that has happened thus far!

Lance Entrekin is a life saver! AWESOME staff and very professional! Without his expertise handling our case we would've lost everything due to mounting medical bills after a catastrophic motor vehicle accident. I would gladly recommend Lance Entrekin to anyone who needs a talented, experienced and professional attorney.

Edit: This is just speculation, but it seems as though the firm is paying for up-votes (likes) on their positive reviews to increase their rating. Look at the ratio. When I originally wrote the below review all of the five stars had 6 likes and below. Two days later, 20 plus each. Section 5 of the FTC Act 15 U.S. Code SS 45 makes fake testimonials illegal. The FTC considers your review to be fake if it is not based on the experience of a real customer. A fake review is seen as deceptive advertising as it may mislead the customer, encouraging them to purchase a product or use a service under false pretenses. The paralegal at this firm was extremely rude. I called in about a potential legal malpractice case and she aggressively told me, "that is not legal malpractice, that is called your attorney working hard for you." When someone calls in with no expertise in law you should not degrade them for trying to seek an attorney for help. Extremely impolite and unprofessional. And in response to the owner's response, just because I wasn't represented by your firm does not mean that I was not mistreated, on the phone, by a representative of your firm. My review stands.

Wow, I didn't think it was possible to experience so much rudeness in 3 minutes on the phone. I called to set-up a consultation with the Entrekin Law Firm and the receptionist was firing off rapid fire questions. I was providing her answers and could tell that she didn't have sufficient legal understanding. I explained that the malpractice was a statute of limitations issue and she asked why my current attorney didn't fix it. Not sure how she was expecting my current attorney to change the statute or the ruling dismissing claims because of a SOL issue. She responded "this is not a case we will handle" with no explanation and refusal to answer any follow-up questions. Any subsequent questions were responded to with the same answer, "this is not a case we will handle." It's a bummer that because we were talking with someone without sufficient legal understanding (granted it is a complex case, which is why I thought Mr. Entrekin could be a good fit), she denied our ability to even talk with Mr. Entrekin. On paper Mr. Entrekin seems like a knowledgeable attorney, but if he allows someone to 1.) treat prospective clients rudely and 2.) make decisions on prospective cases without sufficient legal understanding; I can't imagine it would get better once the Entrekin Law Firm had our business. Perhaps this is actually a gift, and we dodged a bullet, because I would be even more unhappy as a paying client to be treated this way by Mr. Entrekin's staff.
