Mr. McQuaid's team helped me when I had been injured in an auto collision last October ('24). I initiated contact after reading online about a few law groups that specialize in auto collisions and personal injury and was responded to quickly and personally by Brendan. This was the first thing I noticed, and appreciated, by his team - an immediate desire to gain a client. I took a chance on Mr. McQuaid, knowing he had less reviews and overall experience than some competitors in my area, but he had left a great impression on me by candidly discussing my case and how things would go during our first phone call. I won't go into much detail on my case, as everyone's circumstances may be a bit different; however, I will say I had (at least I am assuming) minimal accountability from my side to peform actions and many of the heavy lifting was done by Mr. McQuaid's group. My case took about 9 months to resolve. My only recommendation for minor improvement would be some communication in the middle section, the heavy waiting period, of a case. There are some times when, as a claimant, we are simply waiting on documentation and responses from hospitals or varying stakeholders, but I had to reach out set boundaries on how often and when I wished to be updated. Nothing too crazy, I wasn't asking for daily updates, only some status updates to keep me apprised of case actions. Brendan's group definitely surpassed my expectations; needless to say, his group won my case. To Brendan, thank you for your candidness and willingness to work with a demanding client on what is arguably a smaller case in your line of work.
