I paid the man $5000 to watch him drop his representation after not representing me or even listening to my requests ,finally sent him a "Why aren't you representing me the way you agreed to or handling a simple task like getting $1190 back from the City court system before it went to "donated as unclaimed funds" status.Police report wasn't even entered as evidence because none of 4 officers read me my rights on an obviously simple illegal search & seizure after being pulled over on a non violation traffic claim and held until the cops surveilencing one of my neighbors showed up and began the we want you to be our snitch and turn in some body for us or we will pretend you said your selling this at a profit and that's mandatory prison for you.. So I thought I chose a good lawyer because I needed one and I was not going to be threatened by police officers that they will all pretend I said I was getting $50 to deliver weed instead of it's all mine 3 different flavors, if you smoke it's best not to have to go buy it frequently . I was sentenced to 4 years .3 ounces. Mr. Richard Castillo dropped me like a rock after not doing a damn thing to represent me in any logically posative defensive way and then quit.$5000 to get court extensions until he jumps ship and the judge assigns me a public defender.
