Knapp & Roberts - Phoenix

Very rude lady that works here. 2 lanes of traffic in the area and trying to park at the business across the street. Turned in here to make a quick turn around pull across the street. Some bitter lady in the parking lot stood right in front of my car with her arms crossed as if I needed her all mighty permission to turn around in her completely empty parking lot. I'd hate to see how this company does business and how they treat others if they act so above a passerby.
