I contacted Feller & Wendt after receiving a message encouraging me to call for help with my case. Unfortunately, my experience wasn't great. The intake call kept dropping, and the person I spoke with didn't seem familiar with my situation or prepared to ask any questions for further details to help with deciding if my case was worth actually taking. He didn't ask anything. He said he would forward my information to an attorney, but within about 12 minutes, I received a generic rejection email.
It was clear that no attorney actually reviewed my case. I understand that not every firm takes every case, but I would have appreciated a more genuine or thorough evaluation rather than what felt like an automatic dismissal.
