I was knocked unconscious in a car wreck in October 2023 while stopped at a red light. My car and the car that hit me were both totaled. Despite wearing my seatbelt, I woke up in the back of my hatchback, with only my feet tangled in the belt and my arm trapped between the back seats. I barely remember the impact. I spent the next 12 hours in a crowded ER and got excellent news: it was only minor injuries and a concussion. I went home the next morning. I know they are so busy, but they always stopped to ask if I felt okay. They managed so many bills for me, straight away. It really made things simple. And they always made sure i knew exactly what was being paid, when and how. They really utilized email, text and phone very well. I had many questions about my car insurance since the other driver had minimum coverage. I was so worried that mine wouldn't even cover my expenses. I had just moved and changed insurance over the weekend, I didn't even know which insurance to file with! They answered so many questions that were specific to my needs. They didn't just give me superficial information. Overall, the results far exceeded my expectations.
