So I dont typically leave reviews, only a handful of times and it needs to be something where I felt wrong for not leaving a review because truly as someone who feels so appreciated for as a customer its hard not to. Buckey and Cindy both handled my case extremely well always communicating things on the fly it never felt like a chore they were always popping in when ever they could throughout the week so it always felt like they were available which is a huge luxury for people who need that extra communication I couldn't be more happy with them! Also they were great at negotiating the settlement and getting the numbers where I wanted them so I got everything I wanted and more which is very uncommon in this sort of work. Thanks again guys, will be coming back if needed in the future!

I cannot recommend Burch & Cracchiolo enough!! I was referred to them by a friend, and they responded and called me within 24 hours. They were attentive, kind, and straight forward with their thoughts regarding my case and what the process would look like. I especially want to thank and point out paralegal Cindy Messner. She was absolutely amazing to work with, she was always quick with answers, calls, and emails, and her attention to detail was spectacular. Even when there were bumps in the road, she was the one to find them and smooth them out. At the end once everything had been settled and I could put this incident behind me, she was so happy for me and it felt like we were celebrating together! I cannot thank Todd Julian and Cindy Messner enough for successfully settling my car accident. My car accident case took almost 3 years to settle, and through it all they were patient, communicative, and truly worked miracles for me. I would give 10 stars if i could! I got into a bad accident in Los angeles while visiting on my motorcycle and went down, after that happened the sedan left the scene, i was taken to the hospital for for my injuries and got a 95,000$ bill with no heath insurance i found Burch and Cracchiolo and spoke with Cindy through the whole process, she has been a big help through the process and just mentally through the whole situation ! Cindy and Bucky fought every step to get me not only a settlement through my car insurance but also fought to get my bill down to eventually 0$! I am nothing but thankful to Cindy, Bucky and everyone at Burch and Crocchiolo involved in my case they did more than they had to!

Highly recommend. Cindy Messner and Todd Julian have been amazing. I couldn't thank them enough for everything, it was a rough time. But with both of them fighting hard. They sure did made it happen for me and son.
