I am completely satisfied and happy, with the law firm I have chosen. I was impressed from the intake staff professionalism and kindeness during my introduction to preparing my potential case. Then I was relieved in my current situation, by the attorney Mr Weelley. He listened to me and made me feel reassured I am in the best hands. I am lucky and blessed, to have this law firm represent me. Thank you Mr. Weekley, David and Brady

I first contacted Arizona work injury firm in Nov 2024 . I recently contacted them again to revisit my case . On every occasion and interaction with them I have been treated with sincerity , kindness and honesty . I have spoken directly with Mr. Snow and Mr Weekley . They have both been exceptionally helpful and easy and pleasant to speak to . In a world where attorneys are curt and short with you , dealing with these gentleman was pleasant . I would highly recommend them if you're looking for " nice guys " that are also attorneys .

Thank you for your response. I want to clarify a few important points because I believe there may have been a misunderstanding.
At no point did I ever state that I was terminated by another attorney. What I shared was that we terminated "our" attorney. I assist and manage my wife's claim, including her paperwork, because of the extent of her injuries and my role as her Power of Attorney. That is very different from being fired by an attorney.
My original concern--and still my concern--is that after I disclosed my disability (SMI), April Snow immediately ended the opportunity for both me and my wife to even have an initial consultation. No records were reviewed, no documents were considered, and my wife's case was canceled without her even being heard. That was the basis of my review.
I feel it's important to stay on the issue at hand: the manner in which potential clients are treated during the intake process. People with disabilities, tribal members, or anyone needing careful representation deserve the courtesy of at least an initial consultation without judgment or premature dismissal.
That said, I'm not here to argue or escalate. My hope is simply that this feedback is taken seriously so that future potential clients--especially those with disabilities--feel they are treated with dignity, fairness, and patience.
If this was an internal miscommunication, I am willing to accept that and leave it at that. But I did want to make sure the record is clear about what was actually said.
