However, the communication and customer service was a huge disappointment. Make sure to ask questions EVERY step of the way. Make sure you're understanding everything they're communicating. Call them continually and ask to speak to Amara specifically. Lastly, make sure you know the amount your settlement is going to be before your case is closed. It's the reductions that took me by surprise and caused me distrust and frustration
