Our case involved my May 2020 auto wreck, involving four cars that were totaled. The driver at fault was an under-insured driver and we had to use our insurance policy to help compensate for an under-insured driver. To make matters worse, everything we had to go through was during the Covid 19 shut down. After a year, I ended up with a two day back surgery and had to go through all the steps that Medicare requires to approve surgery.
