Big Chad Law Injury & Accident Lawyers

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LAW OFFICE. 2 stars because they got the job done, but the lack of communication, the case manager who I did not like (I'm sure she returned the sentiment), the lawyer who isn't even there anymore, the changing of the lawyers who never called to introduce themselves, receiving the wrong person's PRIVATE medical & billing files (someone not involved in my accident at all), and ... I wasn't going to leave this review until... the rude staff who condescended my passenger during pick up (oh and the case manager not communicating with her staff again) -- are all reasons why I give 2 stars. I feel misled by these other 5 star reviews when I first signed up with them. Look closer and you'll see some interesting coincidences. It's hard to believe these are legitimate reviews of services but that's just my opinion. All in all, this law office did their job, but when it comes to communication, attention to detail, and overall compatibility with who I am and how I prefer to conduct business.... I would never hire them again.

A typical day of driving to work one day turned into the scariest most awful experience of my life when someone chose to run a red light. You never think it will happen to you and when it does sometimes you're just at a loss of what to do, like me. Big Chad Law was there for me and had my back from the very beginning. I didn't have to deal with any of the stressful stuff that comes along with being involved in a terrible accident and always were available to me if I had any questions. I felt at ease and was able to just heal and get better. They came to my home following my accident and were very kind and very thorough with the whole process.
