I was a little nervous when I was assigned this Law Firm because I couldn't afford a Lawyer and the Lawyer I did talk to who I couldn't afford told me to push for Probation...I had a trafficking felony I had been fighting since 2015, well actually I was avoiding. To make a long story short, this felony warrant I had been holding me back for 9 years...This Law Firm got my case drop, did better than the Lawyer that would have cost me 10000 plus. I'm Blessed, Thank You for fighting for what's best for me and taking my case serious even when I had no money to offer at all. I appreciate it and so doesn't my family. Thank You

If I could give 0 stars I would!!! Anita dale is literally trash as a lawyer .She does not fight at all for her clients she did nothing for my son. He just turned 18 he got 8 1/2 years a few months ago. They even got his pre sentence packet WRONG and he was only given this packet literally 5 minutes before sentencing. Which stated he has been in juvy before which was not true!! I tried to email her and call and say they were HUGE mistake NO RESPONSE!!! I CALLED AND CALLED THEY NEVER EVER RESPOND!!! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE NO COMMUNICATION NO HELP !! HE could have possibly gotten the Volcan academy she didn't even try!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! and there so stupid her receptionist didn't even care or listen when I said she had been My lawyer before, for A DCS case, 7 years ago , a case involving my SON( her current client) tried telling her office, no one listens and I know legally that's conflict of interest. That's how little they listen this place is a joke go anywhere else!!!

I have been involved in a divorce case with Ms. Wellborn representing my ex for over a year. I know how it must sound, me reviewing the opposing counsel--but I just want to put it out there that Ms. Wellborn doesn't care about making a divorce equitable, fair, or easy on either side. She will take every opportunity to stoke animosity between you and your spouse in order to extend the divorce process, so she can make as much money as possible. Attempts to settle the case will either go ignored, or she will respond heaping more on top of what has already been offered. In my opinion this is all a game to this attorney, with her client and her clients wallet as her pawns. If you want to be stuck in litigation for months as she comes up with reasons to extend your case, and you want to come out of this process with nothing but resentment towards your ex for what you will go through, then by all means, hire her. You have been warned. I should also add, her grasp on the laws is at best limited. During mediation, she demonstrated a complete lack of understanding of property laws, what deeds mean in court, and what it means to be in a title state. Best of luck to you if you hire her.

I regret to say that my experience with this law firm in Lake Havasu City was highly disappointing. Initially, their approach appeared caring and attentive; however, as time went on, I felt their main focus shifted towards extracting funds rather than providing quality legal assistance. Despite the high fees I incurred, the level of work and support I received did not meet my expectations. I strongly advise potential clients to carefully consider their options before choosing this law firm for legal representation in Lake Havasu City.
