We were extremely disappointed with our experience at this law office. We scheduled an appointment specifically to set up a trust and will, and also had a few general questions about the prenup process. We fully understood that an attorney cannot represent both parties in creating a prenup, which was completely fine. However, while we were still in the waiting room, the attorney abruptly told us that we could not both participate in the meeting for the will and trust, which made no sense, as these are shared estate-planning matters for a couple. His manner was surprisingly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Rather than explaining his concerns or offering any alternatives, he directly told us to find someone else. We left feeling disrespected and frustrated. We had hoped to establish a long-term professional relationship for our estate planning, but based on this interaction, we absolutely cannot recommend this attorney.
