Peter Schmerl was tremendously helpful in guiding me through steps needed after my mother's death. He had a very low-pressure, trustworthy approach and provided valuable guidance. I really appreciated that he explained options where legal services wouldn't even be necessary.

We paid Peter Schmerl $2000 on 3/20 for some assistance with setting up our trust. We have made several calls and sent many emails with no response. Nothing had been done. If I could post negative stars, I would.

Attorney Schmerl was very polite and informative. He wrote a few documents for my mother, who is very sick in the hospital. Peter took time to go to the hospital and meet with her to finish the work. Very grateful. Would definitely recommend. The woman that answers his calls is awesome.

I recently needed to get my "ducks" in order at my age 70. I contacted the office of Peter Schmerl in Green Valley. I read the reviews, and was very impressed by what the other clinets had to say. I decided to call his office and set up an appointment. First of all his assistant was very helpful, kind and considerate. She said the first appointment would be by phone. Mr. Schmerl contacted me and made me feel at ease when discussing my personal requests. I knew this was the attorney I wanted to handle my Trust. I met with him for the signing of my Trust and was put at ease, I was a little nervous thinking about what my wishes would be should I pass on. The signing was very easy, and he sat with me explaining my questions. I have been a Paralegal for 10 years (retired now) but I have never worked in this area of law before. After the signing, I felt less nervous, and felt I had completed my intentions and last wishes. Long story short, the person I chose as my Executor, had a different first name. I never knew that was his "REAL" name. I panicked and called the office. Mr. Schmerl's assistant made me feel at ease, during my panic attack! She was so caring and understood my situation. What a great Assistant! She was quick to check out a few things for me, and assured me that everything would be OK once I talked to Mr. Schmerl in a few days. I asked her, "Does anyone else do this?" I felt very foolish that I had to go through this! She assured me again that yes it happens. So, my advice to anyone who wishes to go have a legal Trust done, make sure you have the right names of the people you trust your life with. All in all, I would use Mr. Schmerl for any legal changes, addendums or whatever I may need in future. One last thing... I own some property in another state, and wasn't sure how to handle the transaction, from Arizona. Mr. Schmerl researched a lawyer for me in the state where my property is located, and gave me the number and his recommendation. Totally, impressed, confident and feeling secure that my Trust is in good hands. 5 stars to his law office!

Mr. Schmerl is a very nice man. Explains everything. Reasonable rates. I'm confident that when it comes time for me to kick the can, all is in place.
