Ben is a good lawyer and gave us great advice on how to proceed with a divorce in the most amicable way possible to make sure our children feel taken care of. I debated sharing about an issue with his office manager but it left such a bad taste in my mouth 3 months later that I decided it's important for others to be careful with how the office bills hours. Just be sure to clarify so there are no misunderstandings and misgivings during an already stressful time in life.

I cannot recommend Ben Deguire enough. From day one, he was extremely helpful and never once left a question, phone call, or text unanswered. He explained every step of the process in a way that I could truly understand--something I've never experienced before when it comes to family court. Because of his guidance, I felt informed, prepared, and supported the entire time. I genuinely don't think I would be as happy with the outcome of my case with my ex-husband if it weren't for Ben's hard work and dedication. Family court can be an overwhelming and scary process, but I was very lucky to have Ben by my side, helping and guiding me every step of the way.

Ben Deguire was our mediator for our divorce. He was unbiased and professional, and was able to answer all of our questions about the law in a way that really helped with the mediation process. His space was comfortable and inviting. We worked together to create the property division plan and parenting plan in real time using a monitor that we could all see. This was a huge help. We also hired Ben to prepare the documents for both the divorce filing and consent decree. This made a very stressful time, much less stressful and straight forward.
