I used Ann Palmer and her team for my divorce. I told her what I wanted and she said it should be a simple divorce, since I was not asking for much. Unfortunately my ex-wife and her attorney thought they were going to get everything and leave me with nothing. In the end I received more than I wanted. The attorney fees ended up being more than expected, but it was not Ann's fault. Ann was kind enough to put me on a payment plan after my retainer fee was depleted. Great team and I would highly recommend using Ann and her team for any family court issues, especially since it is all they deal with. Ann and her staff members are very professional and knowledgeable. Unlike most law firms who will take any and all cases. She also did not charge for a consultation other firms wanted $300-$400 for a consultation. You definitely need a specialist not a firm who is the jack of all trades.

Ann and her team helped me out with a pretty ugly Custody/Child Support battle. Ann is always on top of everything to do with the case. She doesn't waste any unnecessary time like some attorney to just make extra money specifically the one we were up against who tried to waste all of the time in the world. My client came to me in a frenzy after his ex up and left with the kids to Arizona and obtained a fraudulent custody order. I contacted Ann and she was very responsive and ended up doing an amazing job. Despite the fact that at the time of my initial call, she was prepping for a trial that was set to begin within the hour, she took the time to talk to us and make my client feel better about the situation. After that she went above and beyond helping my client who had to (last-minute) fly half-way across the country to attend the hearing. Ann did an amazing job for him and really went above and beyond.
