Merrill Stephen

After almost 2 years from my car accident I gave up looking for someone to help me. I called different law firms in Anchorage. Nobody was taking my case. I had a personal injury case that I decided to work on my own. I settled with the insureds company at policy limits and moved onto my own under insured drivers policy. I went as far as I could but they continued to offer me quite a bit less than I knew I was entitled to. I was also dealing with my health insurance and their subrogation lien. So he wasn't going to touch what I had already worked for myself. When it turned out that my subrogation lien was not reduced as much as we had hoped he agree to take an even smaller percentage. I consider Mr. Merrill to be a man of honor and integrity despite the most common stereotypes of attorneys. I would without a doubt look to him should I ever need any assistance with any legal matters. Even if they were not under his scope of the law I would most likely ask him first.

Stephen represented my car accident case as if he were a bystander when the accident happened. I really appreciate all the help and follow up. I was able to focus on my physical therapy as well as mental, while Stephen did the heavy lifting against "BIG" insurance and crooked physicians. Had a second court martial for a charge I had beat in appeals. Mr Merrill not only won my appeals case he won my second court martial. We were told I couldn't win but we worked through it all and we won. Best lawyer ever.

Steve helped me during one of my families darkest moments! I highly recommend him; he is tenacious. The state charged my son several violent charges after he attempted suicide.
