At first they were easy to work with and quick, but my paralegal won't answer the phone and won't call back. She sent a text with all the texts back to back, so it looked like one instead of 4. So I almost missed some important information. So now I'm stressed about missing any other important documents. I also got another bill from a previous state i lived in, and they want to charge me extra to add them to my case. Yes, I understand.
