What a joke! He quoted me one retainer amount and then increased it after he found out my last attorney was refunding a greater amount. I should have walked out then but I needed someone quickly. He filed one motion while representing me. Judge Scully basically laughed it out of the courtroom. He promised me he would file a motion citing all the contemptuous actions of my ex. He kept putting this off even after I basically drafted it for him. So after we go back and forth whether or not he would continue representing me, I decide he is not looking out for my best interest. He has the nerve to bill me for text messages and emails that he read but did not respond to. I've been through three attorneys and I'm done. I knew they all just played a game but he doesn't even try to fool you. Just terrible all the way around. How is he still a practicing attorney??

Kyle is not a knowledgeable attorney of current criminal law in the state of Alabama. My experience with him has been terrible dealing with the cases. He basically had both of my sons sign a plea deal for the maximum sentence. No youthful offender no time out.
