I would absolutely never use Capell and Howard again. While setting up a trust for my mother, I ended up paying about $1.1k and no Trust or product of any sort. They charged $340 just to meet and discuss a trust. Then because her original POA was from NC they 'researched' to see if applicable in AL. I have no issue paying for their time, but 1.1K (total) to tell me they won't/can't do it seems like a money grab. They charged $100 apparently just for reading an email. Even charge me for talking to their secretary asking if they had made a determination yet after a month of waiting. They are obviously all and only about the money. However Vance Law firm was phenomenal in winning a lawsuit for my mom, then without charge or even me asking, helped me resolve the POA issue so my mom's assets can be protected. And Tolar Law/Prattville is doing the trust for a fixed price. And not even hearing this story were very upfront that not matter what complications come up, it will not be more and I can call at anytime, even years from now and they will help resolve any issue. Oh, and the cost for meeting with them, $0. So this family owned and operated business will have mine from now on.

Allen Sheehan did an excellent job in preparing me for my case. He took his time to explain every detail and made sure that I understood before moving forward. He has so much compassion and understanding, I never felt judged. Julie, his legal assistant, was very knowledgeable about anything and everything and was always so helpful. Russ Russell and Allen Sheehan are top-drawer attorneys. I had a nightmare of an issue that they were able to bring to a successful conclusion.
