Using this law firm for a class action on the behalf of my dad. Communication started out great. Rules and guidelines were allowed to be changed by the litigating representation for the company and it always negatively impacted my dad's case. These changes were never brought to me, it would be disclosed when I followed up. As I mentioned to them, it's like re-victimizing the victims, but I'm sure they'll get their portion of the payout.
I'm sure the standard response will be posted beneath my comment, but it doesn't matter. Lesson learned. What's done is done.
