My initial bankruptcy was dismissed due to an IRS claim that made my monthly payment go up $800 from $560 to $1400, no exaggeration. I googled tax attorneys and he was the first one to come up. I phoned him and told him I needed him to rectify an IRS issue and that I had all proof needed to get the situation resolved.
