Called their main advertised line, got answers by a guy who sounded drunk and hungover with "hello". I then asked if this was a lawyers office and was met with "oh yeah we are". Highly unprofessional Edit: oh you apologise now? So why did you hang up on me when I said - It's unprofessional for an attorney to not introduce himself when you pick up the phone? Just because you have multiple clients is not an excuse.
