Very disappointing experience with the law firm of Johnston, Moore & Weston. Poor communication between our attorney, Mrs. Moore and her law clerk Ms Norwood on an Estate Settlement. When they needed anything from us we provided right away yet they would not answer any emails promptly and sometimes never at all. Mrs. Moore was never available to speak with us after the initial consultation. We went for months at a time without any communication from anyone at the law firm after Probate was opened. Notices mailed out to heirs of the Estate without the proper instructions on how to complete and return. Final straw was when they moved their office location yet never mailed out a notice to let us know. Lesson here is to do your homework when choosing a law firm to handle your loved one's Estate. There are much better, more efficient, more responsive law firms in Huntsville for handling Estate settlements.
