Brandon and staff at Scozzaro Law LLC went above and beyond for me. From the very beginning, I felt supported and truly listened to! Brandon took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions with patience, and made what I consider a difficult process, so much easier to navigate. His professionalism, knowledge, and dedication are unmatched. The office personnel (legal assistants, I am unsure of their actual titles) reflected the same high standards of compassion and excellence! Kristi and Josie are kind, courteous and compassionate individuals that treat and care for you as humans and not as "just another client"! I felt like I had a whole team in my corner, and that gave me incredible peace of mind. I HIGHLY recommend Scozzaro Law LLC to anyone in need of legal guidance--you won't find better people to have on your side! The whole team was compassionate about myself and the needs of my situation. In my opinion, I was blessed to have found them!!! If I could rate more than 5 stars, I most certainly would!

Highly recommend! They were very friendly, thorough, and professional. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made the process stress-free. I really appreciated how flexible they were with scheduling - made it easier to fit into my busy life.

I really wish that I could positively review this firm, however, I am Highly Disappointed at the service that I have received. Upon retaining ("PAYING" - UPDATED) your firm & SERVICE AGREEING with Attorney Brandon Gilham, I was very hopeful of reaching a resolve with the issue at hand as he seemed to be interested in helping me but instead was given the complete run around & lied to on multiple occasions by the office after reaching out to them several times in order to have them do what I had hired them to. I saw other reviews stating that they care & will help but I found that to be FALSE as they seemed to ultimately NOT Care AT ALL it seems. STILL AWAITING that "Promised" Follow-Up call. Wish that I had NEVER gone here honestly..... **UPDATE (Response)** 11-7-25 First & Foremost, an apology should have been in order for my negative customer experience. Since you made mention of "Transparency" I'm sure you would prefer that this matter be kept "PRIVATELY" which initially was, until the "MUTIPLE" failed attempts of contact to resolve this matter to your firm went ignored/brushed off so here goes. (Email thread & phone log will be posted as well if further disputed). You will NOT misrepresent the facts here as if what I am stating is in any way untrue or suggesting that you were not paid. Ethical? The bottom line is, you were PAID to provide a service that you ultimately DID NOT (see proof of pymt excerpt from my bank acct to your firm in the amt of $375 on July 10th attached as a part of my update in response to you). Fairness? The way things were handled regarding my PAID transaction with you, was anything but. I may not have been some big fish Client but what I entrusted you guys to handle was extremely important to me & my family. The poor treatment that I received was NOT OK. Just know that the "SMALL CLIENT" matters as well. Take ownership. Make an effort to DO BETTER instead of deflecting accountability.
