Pierce and Pierce has provided a solid, professional experience. Mr. Pierce and his team clearly know their way around the law, and I always felt confident in their expertise. Special thanks to Ashley Missildine, who was always a friendly, welcoming face at the office. Her attention to detail in taking and organizing notes was a huge help. If you're looking for a law firm with a team that genuinely cares and knows their stuff, I recommend Pierce and Pierce.

I've felt like I was in good hands with this firm from the beginning. The staff is exceptionally friendly and super helpful; Rebekah, you rock! And the attorneys are very realistic and upfront when it comes to their clients. Beth is a knowledgeable, competent and compassionate lawyer and she will fight for you, as she has with me!

This review is based on my personal experience and opinion of legal services provided by Beth Peirce. I do understand others may have different experiences and opinions.
I feel like Beth might be a good lawyer for simple and short divorce cases and small stuff like that. From my personal experience though, she demonstrates a huge lack of empathy, compassion and stamina for any high conflict, long or difficult cases. My case was 3 years long and very complex and her professionalism, dedication and care declined over that time.
There is also serious issues with communication and correspondence with her office. Calls are not returned during promsied time frames resulting in the need to call again and you are charged each time even if its a failure to follow through on their part. The office also has a very high turn over rate for employees and attorneys and I think that speaks volumes for itself. You constantly talk to a new person and have to expain things again.
I hestitated in writing a review due to concerns of retaliation based on her notable lack of professionalism. I ended up retaining a different law firm at the end of my case and feel like I was definitely retaliated against. I have paid around $18,000 thus far so it is obvious I do not mind or have issues paying for services. She filed a lein against my home for the left over fees due preemptively before my due date even approached or became delinquent in retaliation of me hiring another attorney. When I asked for an itemized statement, she had charged me extra charges for her to withdraw from my case and several other charges that are questionable. Even posting my honest opinion now, I am concerned with what retaliation tactics she may do next.
All of this to say, chose your legal representation carefully and do your research and ask questions before hiring one. I dont think Beth is the best choice for difficult or high conflict cases that require lengthy time to resolve and I do feel like she lacked dedication, motivation and professionalism during my case after some length of time.
