We are so grateful Attorney David Livingston was able to help our daughter with a speeding ticket she received in Alabama. I pay for TVC an he is the lawyer who was selected to represent me. After speaking with him today I have very low hopes. I will update tomorrow after court. But per Mr Livingston TVC pays him the bare minimum so he will be giving me the bare minimum. I get 6 hours is what he says. Which is so wrong! I paid 300 dollars for this plus my monthly fee. As a single mom who really works extremely hard an is very dedicated to my career and children. It is beyond defeating an unprofessional for him to call me just to let me know I get bare minimum because TVC pays him bare minimum but I don't pay bare minimum every month. There is nothing professional about that comment an should never come out of the mouth of someone being paid to represent you. He wasn't made to be a TVC lawyer my monthly fees pay for him to be one. So if bare minimum is what he can offer us than he should not be apart of this program.
