It all started because of a costly experience we were dealing with through another attorney at another firm and probate because of a deceased family member. This same attorney recommended that we do a Will instead of a Trust and now I know why. Because of probate it took over 17 months and many unnecessary probate and attorney expenses. We attended a seminar sponsored by Brenton C McWilliams where Brenton explained the differences in how Trust vs Will works. We worked with Brent Helms at this firm and he was so knowledgeable and explained everything in terms we could understand and relate to and helped us to navigate this experience.
