Can't say how helpful Mr.Lowell has been in my experience. Back in 2013 I found myself in a bit of a spring break bind and being from Texas I had to find representation in the state of Alabama. He made it so easy for me to take care of from home and without permanence to my record. This year I'm applying for a first responder job and am in need of those old records and he immediately responded and helped me out. 10/10, I hope I don't have to hire him again but if you're needing representation Mark is your man!
I called Mr. Lowell thinking he was my sister's attorney. Even though it turned out she wasn't his client, he took 30 min out of his busy day to explain everything to me. He looked up court dates, explained the process, and went over the next steps with me. He even forwarded information to her lawyer that he claimed he didn't receive. If he cares this much about someone who isn't even his client, I feel you can't go wrong hiring him as your attorney!!
