Worst lawfirm ive ever worked with: unresponsive, unhelpful, unprofessional, surely there are better closing attorneys around than this! Refuses to call back or respond to email, and the receptionist knows nothing, while the clock is ticking and the scheduled closing date comes and goes...

I called last Tuesday, February 20 to make an appointment to discuss my Dad's will. I live in South Carolina and thought I would have to be there in person but was offered a phone consultation and it was scheduled for Friday afternoon - February 23. The receptionist could not give me an exact time but I was ok with that as I had taken the week off in case I had to be there in person. I did not receive a phone call on Friday nor has anyone bothered to call from your firm. I wasted Friday afternoon waiting, in fact I wasted the whole week because had I known I could have made an appointment with another firm. I have called several times since Tuesday only to get a recording that the person at that number was unavailable. I have left a message with no response.Very disappointed Update: I received a phone call this evening from Mr. Pipkin who apologized for himself and his staff who is very limited at the moment. We spoke for quite a while and he graciously answered my questions and was very helpful. The fact that he took the time to call himself and apologize, as well as leave a response to my review tells me that he is conscientious and does care about potential clients. I will certainly consider using him if it comes to that. Thank you for taking the time to call me.

Mr Pipkin handled our needs quickly and was always available for status updates. I never had to ask how to things are progressing as he kept us In the loop at all times. Very professional and if needed I would call him again.
