If it were not for Bri, we would probably still be waiting on the underwriters to get our loan through. She made it happen for us!! And when we finally got to the signing table, she caught an error the underwriter had made that saved us a major headache and she lit their tails on fire to make sure and get us closed that day. She even stayed late at the end of a long day to get us closed and in our new home. She was also just a delight to be with. Thank you, Bri! We highly recommend working with her!

I had a great experience with the Joyner Firm. I walked in without an appointment. Bri was so helpful and we were able to get all the paperwork needed to help my mom. Thank you Bri. You and your team are AWESOME.

Bri Joyner made an absolutely horrendous LENDER experience THE BEST by providing my buyers with excellent customer service at the closing. The Lender dropped the ball so many times during the transaction, but Bri stayed on their case and had to MAKE them do their job! The lender requested a specific closing date and Bri went ABOVE and BEYOND to not only accommodate THEM but to facilitate the transaction that THEY were NOT prepared for. After it appeared that not only were the sellers not going to get paid that day, but my clients couldn't move in because the LENDER did not send the funds on time, Bri stayed on their butts and even CALLED US ALL BACK TO THE OFFICE AFTER THEY LEFT FOR THE DAY so that my clients could get their keys and the sellers could get their funds! I don't know of any other attorneys who would go THAT FAR to make sure everyone was whole when they were not even responsible for the debacle! 10/10..I definitely recommend the Joyner Firm. Side Note: DO NOT USE MORTGAGE ONE for your lender!!! 0/10 DO NOT recommend!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience so that future clients are aware of the unprofessional conduct I encountered with this law firm. I recently purchased a home situated on one acre of land from a group of four individuals who had inherited an estate from their parents. The full estate consisted of approximately 250 acres, while my purchase represented only a small portion of that property. The most recent recorded deed was the estate deed, which transferred the entire 250 acres from the deceased parents to their children. I also had access to a prior recorded deed that specifically described only my one-acre property. From the beginning, I made it clear to the firm that I needed the deed preparation handled promptly. After three weeks--with no completed deed and payment already rendered--attorney BriAnne presented a Quitclaim Deed (without consulting me about the type of deed I preferred) that incorrectly described the entire 250-acre estate rather than the one-acre property I purchased. When I pointed out this error and provided her with the prior recorded deed from Houston County Probate Court showing the correct legal description, she refused to use it. Instead, she insisted that I either pay up to $1,200 for a new survey or proceed with filing the incorrect deed containing the full 250-acre description. Despite being fully aware that the legal description was inaccurate, she still offered to record it as-is, which I found highly concerning and unprofessional. Although BriAnne ultimately refunded my payment, she did so by leaving the refund check under the doormat at her office--an unorthodox and unprofessional method of returning client funds. I subsequently contacted another attorney, who immediately recognized the issue, confirmed that a new survey was unnecessary, and agreed to prepare the correct deed using the previously recorded legal description. This second attorney expressed genuine disbelief at the situation I had experienced with BriAnne and her handling of the matter. I'm unsure whether this issue stemmed from inexperience or an attempt to avoid acknowledging an error, but either way, the fact that she was willing to file a deed with a knowingly incorrect legal description demonstrates a concerning lack of professionalism by this firm.
