Without a doubt the rudest people I've ever dealt with. Stephanie is heartless. This company should be out of business. We called Southeast about them & the lady told us they receive daily complaints about them. We actually will never use Southeast again because we don't want to have to deal with this company. Stephanie needs to lose her job!!!!!!

A bunch of crooks. I had an insurance card through my old job and went to the hospital. They are telling me I never had insurance. The bill was around $2,000 but somehow they said it was $10,000. I'm about to Lawyer up and go after them.

The people here at this law firm has been really good to me and my dad! They are very polite in person and over the phone when I talked to one of the ladies. Very professional

If you're looking for info on this tacky Collection agency over a dispute, then I suggest contacting their client directly and negotiating a settlement yourself. They will not do that for you or their client. Which is weird since it's the law to attempt to settle the disputed debt between parties before attempting further to collect. It's almost as if the admin at this firm is just checking boxes instead of doing work for their clients. Sure would be awful to lose a hospital to a class action lawsuit over the illegal practices of their collections subcontractor...
