I had a harrowing experience with a local surgeon and hospital. I reached out to Ben, asking if he had some time to hear my story and help determine which direction was best suited for my circumstances. Ben quickly scheduled me for a consultation. In an attempt to be considerate of his time, I gathered as much of my medical documents, etc prior to the appointment. We met in his office where I was warmly greeted by the Cherry and Irwin staff. I felt a little guilty at the thought of how much he may have lost by spending that time with me, but not Ben. He is genuinely kind. In the end, he recommended I take a different direction and provided the name of another attorney and the reason for the recommendation.
